Lori Fredlund

Lori Fredlund recently retired after spending 35 years as a public school educator. It was a great privilege and honor for her to facilitate students’ growth as a classroom teacher for the majority of that time. In addition, she supported teachers as an Instructional Coach and Intervention Coordinator and a district curricular and professional development leader. Her passion is to help teachers increase their capacity to meet the needs of their students and to facilitate academic growth and engagement for diverse learners through the use of culturally responsive practices.

Lori graduated from Concordia College (Moorhead, MN) with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Business Administration and a minor in Music. She received her Masters in Education from St. Scholastica. As a practitioner for CCRTL, she works directly with teachers to grow their skills and is a partner in their journey to responsiveness. Her program specialist role includes designing and editing courses and assisting districts and individuals with the content on VABB Academy. She also leads the CLR Deep Dive Institutes for teachers and school leaders.
