Jennifer Caione

Jennifer Caione is a passionate and accomplished educator with extensive experience in the Mukilteo School District, located in the state of Washington. Throughout her career, Jen has served in multiple roles, including Instructional Coach, Intermediate Teacher, and Interventionist. She is a National Board-Certified Teacher, the district coordinator for Multilingual Summer School, and leads her school’s Equity Team. She is dedicated to advocating for and implementing practices that promote fairness and inclusivity in education. 

Dr. Hollie’s first visit to Mukilteo in 2020 ignited Jen’s passion for Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Teaching and Learning. Seeing the impact of CLR on staff and most importantly, underserved students, inspires Jen to continue her journey and support others along the way.
