Dr. LeDominique Hubbard

Dr. LeDominique Hubbard is a distinguished transformational leader with a Doctorate in Educational Practice, focusing on Social Justice, from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and two master’s degrees in Classroom Teaching and Elementary Administration from Missouri Baptist University.

As the Founder of Transform the Village Consulting, LLC, Dr. Hubbard is dedicated to empowering communities through innovative strategies and transformative solutions. Her goal is to drive meaningful change by delivering cutting-edge approaches that create thriving environments for individuals and organizations.

Dr. Hubbard has served in various educational roles, from classroom teacher to Assistant Principal, achieving significant improvements in student and teacher performance through strategic planning and transformative thinking. Her leadership includes spearheading initiatives such as the creation of virtual learning environments.

She is also the host of the “Faith to Leap” podcast, which inspires listeners to take bold leaps in their lives by embracing change and overcoming fears.
